Description

There has been a major earthquake near the city of Pulma. Supplies are needed desperately from the warehouses in Varasto to support the citizens of Pulma.

Task

Distribute food to the cities affected by earthquake

The task is to distribute supplies (medicine, food, water, construction items) from the warehouse you are responsible for (which may not have everything you need), to work closely with other warehouse managers to get relief to the affected area in a timely manner. Also, the task includes choosing routes, trucks with proper capacity as well as prioritizing the affected areas to be helped.

There are 4 warehouses located in the city of Varasto shown on the map above. The colors on the routes indicate the maximum speed a vehicle can get to on each: Green 60 mph, Yellow: 40, Red: Not passable.

Players

There will be 4 active players

The task involves working within a team to collaborate in moving materials from one safe location to an affected area to assist the population recover from an issue there.

Each human subject is assigned to a single warehouse, called a warehouse manager. Team members should plan together to get the supplies to the area that needs them. Each warehouse can only support one destination. Each warehouse only has information on what is available to it and just a range of requirements for each destination as shown below:

Each player is tasked to one of the main four decisions in the game, color coded with green as illustrated below:

For instance, here, the player is tasked to designate the priorities. Similarly, in this view the player is tasked to collaborate with other players to assign the destinations to warehouse managers.

Each warehouse (player) has their own screen view and different color coding. Each mission is timed (currently for 20 minutes). The end result of each session of team collaboration in this domain is a plan consisting of
